EnerPHit house extension – County Down

The client wanted to retro-fit this existing bungalow to achieve a low energy home that could then be certified to the Passive House standard. A simple extension was proposed to reconfigure the living accommodation to the south facing rooms and give additional bedroom space. The project is currently on hold.
